Lior Shai

Lior Shai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at ControlUp since May 2019, Lior also holds a position as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Payoneer, specializing in end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments. Previous roles include HR Intern at High Q and Wefi, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and employee productivity workshops, as well as Branch Manager at High Q, overseeing staff management and curriculum development. Lior's earlier experience includes serving as an Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, managing human resources for combat units. Lior holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior & Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Studies, both from Reichman University.
