Nicole Simons

Nicole Simons has extensive experience in operations and strategic leadership, currently serving as Chief of Staff at ControlUp since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole held multiple positions at IGEL Technology from September 2016 to August 2023, including Chief of Staff, Vice President of Operations for North America, and Director of Operations for North America. Nicole's career also includes leadership roles at AppSense as Director of Marketing Operations and MCPc as Director of Partner Programs, as well as serving as Operations Director for Partner Programs at MTM Technologies Inc. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Underwriter at Prudential Financial and a Personal Banker at Old Second National Bank. Nicole holds an MBA from North Central College and a BS in Finance and Management from Rockford University.
