Ric Coady

Ric Coady is an experienced QA Automation Engineer currently working at ControlUp since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ric held various positions at Ivanti from October 2009 to July 2024, including Staff Software Tester, Senior Software Tester, Escalation Engineer, and 3rd Line Support Engineer. Ric's earlier career includes roles as Service Desk Manager and Applications Specialist at Northern Rail from September 2007 to October 2009, and Service Desk Team Leader at De Vere Group from August 2004 to March 2007. Ric holds a NCTJ in Newspaper Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire and a BA (Hons) in Computer Studies and Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
