Tal Lupu

Tal Lupu is an R&D Team Lead at ControlUp since March 2021, managing a team of five developers and two automation engineers in the Application Platform group, with a focus on team growth, delivery, and technical leadership. Prior to this role, Tal served as a Software Engineer at ControlUp, leading system design initiatives and acting as the DevOps focal point during a major transition to Kubernetes. Tal has experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices and collaborating with various R&D teams for cross-functional feature delivery. Tal's career also includes roles as a Full-stack Developer at Ewave and inManage between 2017 and 2021. Tal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Holon Institute of Technology, earned in 2019.
