Victor Michelkis

Victor Michelkis currently serves as the GRC Manager at ControlUp, a role held since June 2025. Prior to this position, Victor worked as a GRC Manager at Vim from October 2020 to July 2025, where leadership in compliance audits and the achievement of HITRUST CSF certification were key contributions. Victor's extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity includes a tenure at Citadel Cyber Security Consulting from August 2013 to October 2020, where responsibilities encompassed team management and the development of supplier audit questionnaires in collaboration with the Cyber Protection Authority. Earlier, Victor was involved in various information security consulting roles, conducting supplier surveys and supporting ISO27001 certification processes. Victor’s career began with the Israeli Air Force in information security from October 2004 to October 2007. Victor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from The College for Academic Studies, earned between 2012 and 2015.
