Yair Bortinger

Yair Bortinger is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Founding Member at CS Angel since February 2023, Yair focuses on creating a syndicate of experts in Customer Success and Experience. Prior to this, Yair held the position of Head of Customer Success Operations at ControlUp and managed the Customer Success department at ComBtas. Previous roles include Senior Account Manager at VATBox, responsible for handling accounts of Fortune 500 companies, and Customer Success Team Leader at SysAid Technologies Ltd., where Yair established a VIP customers team. Yair began a career in technical support at Pelephone, contributing significant expertise in customer interaction and operational management. Yair holds a BA in Political Science and Government from Tel Aviv University.
