Zeyad Shaya

Zeyad Shaya is a Principal Solutions Consultant at ControlUp since February 2025, specializing in transforming Digital Employee Experience (DEX) technology for leading SaaS platforms in IT across the Nordic Region, BeNeLux, and EMEA. With a background as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Nexthink from March 2020 to February 2025, Zeyad has extensive experience in pre-sales engineering for DEX across various industries. Prior roles include Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems, where focus was on the Pega Low-Code Customer Engagement Platform, and IT Management Consultant at Advanze Consulting Group AB, managing CRM/CMS systems. Zeyad also served as a CRM Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Acando and contributed to network operations at Telia, following degrees in Information and Communication Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Computer and Systems Sciences from Stockholm University.
