Moti Elyashiv has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the aerospace and defense industries. Moti has held leadership positions at companies such as CONTROP Precision Technologies, NewRocket, Opgal, Elbit Systems, TAT Technologies, ECI Telecom, IGD, and IAF. Moti'sroles have involved developing sales channels, marketing strategies, and forming partnerships to drive business growth.

Moti Elyashiv completed their B.Sc in Aeronautics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1993. Moti then went on to pursue an MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, graduating in 2004.
