Roman Neyman

Roman Neyman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution delivery and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Solution Delivery at Conundrum, Roman has implemented a platform delivery methodology that significantly reduced project planning time and improved release management processes. Prior roles include Solution Delivery Architect at Nexign, where Roman analyzed RFPs and estimated transformation projects, and Technical Manager at Netcracker Technology, where Roman led delivery projects managing teams of up to 30 professionals across multiple countries. Additional experience includes roles at Luxoft, MERA, and a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod.
