Devan Taylor, MBA, is a highly organized and results-driven professional with over five years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant and HR professional. Devan's expertise encompasses executive support, people management, project coordination, and HR generalist functions. Previously, Devan managed complex calendars, coordinated successful fundraising events, and implemented key HR initiatives that significantly improved employee engagement and satisfaction. Currently, Devan serves as the Executive Assistant to the President & COO at Convatec, where they continue to leverage their skills in a challenging role. Devan holds an MBA in Human Resources from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
