Rou Jun, Tan is a global marketing leader with over a decade of international experience in the FMCG and healthcare industries. They have held notable roles such as Senior Global Brand Manager at Convatec and Nordic Brand & Trade Marketing Manager at RB, where they managed brand strategies and collaborated closely with stakeholders. Rou Jun also has a background in various marketing roles, including positions at Berendsen and Hill's Pet Nutrition, focusing on omnichannel transformation and brand management. They earned a Master's degree in Brands and Communications Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from HELP University. Currently, Rou Jun serves as a Lead Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Convatec.
