Aiden O'Neill

Aiden O'Neill has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Aiden currently works as the Senior Commercial Director at Convatec since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Baxter International Inc. in multiple roles. From 2015 to 2023, they held the position of Business Unit Director, UK & Ireland, overseeing the Renal business with full P&L responsibility and managing a team of 60+ employees.
