Andrew Bailey is a Principal Research & Development Engineer at Convatec, currently focused on ostomy care. With 23 years of cross-functional experience, they have a proven track record in mechanical design engineering and innovation within the medical device sector. Previously, they served as a Product Reviewer for Orthopaedic Implants & Instruments at LNE-GMED-UK and held multiple roles at DePuy Synthes Companies, including Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for the Hip Group, where they led diverse product development initiatives. Andrew holds an MEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Huddersfield.
