Birgitte Ronau has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, starting with a robust tenure at Novo Nordisk from February 1996 to June 2016 as a Lean-specialist industrioperatør. Responsibilities included planning, operation, environmental management, training, and process facility operation, with proficiency in sterile and aseptic production, GMP compliance, and SAP system usage. Following this, Birgitte served at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies as an Operatør from May 2019 to April 2021, and at xtellia as a Site Management Assistant from June 2016 to August 2019. Currently, Birgitte holds the position of Procesansvarlig/superbruger/træner at ConvaTec since April 2021. Birgitte is also academically equipped with a Bachelor's degree in Industri operatør from Sukkertoppen.
