Carla Marquês is a seasoned professional specializing in continuous improvement, quality management, and project leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Team Lead at Convatec since November 2020, Carla has also held significant roles at Webasto Group, Europcar Mobility Group, and STEF, where responsibilities ranged from Lean Operational Excellence to Quality and Process Management. Notable achievements include the implementation of operational dashboards, strategic maps, and customer feedback systems, as well as ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
