Corrine Poh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Total Rewards across various global regions. Currently serving as Senior Total Rewards Partner for Global Emerging Markets at Convatec, Corrine is responsible for Total Rewards matters in APAC, MEA, and LATAM. Prior roles include Senior Total Rewards Manager at Cordis, where Corrine led initiatives across seven Asia Pacific countries, and Compensation Lead at Syngenta. With a strong foundation in Compensation and Benefits, Corrine has held key positions at Allergan, TNS, Molex, and Frasers Centrepoint Limited, contributing to compensation strategies and governance across multiple business sectors. Corrine holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resource from RMIT University and a Diploma in Molecular Biotechnology from Nanyang Polytechnic.
