Donna Kesteven

Donna Kesteven is an experienced professional in the field of surgical products research and development, currently serving as Associate Director of Surgical Products R&D at ConvaTec since September 2014. Previously, Donna held various roles at ConvaTec, including Senior R&D Manager and Research Advisor, focusing on life cycle management and ensuring compliance with Design Control, Quality, and Regulatory standards. Prior experience includes roles as Project Scientist and Technologist at Advanced Medical Solutions, where responsibilities involved developing prototypes and conducting manufacturing trials, as well as working as a Forensic Reporting Officer at LGC Forensics.
