Frank Rios

Frank Rios has extensive work experience in the sales and management roles within the medical industry. Frank started as an Officer in the United States Air Force in 1997 and served until 2002. Frank then worked as a Pharma Rep at Pfizer from 2002 to 2008. Frank joined Synthes in 2008 as a Biomaterials Technical Specialist/Spine Rep and stayed with the company until 2014. Frank then became a District Sales Manager at Spine Wave, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Frank worked as a Regenerative Business Leader at Integra LifeSciences from 2016 to 2022. Frank then moved on to serve as a Sales Manager at SeaSpine Inc from 2018 to 2022. Frank was then appointed as a Senior Area Sales Manager at Bioventus from 2019 to 2022 before being promoted to the role of Director of Sales from 2022 to the present at the same company. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales at Convatec since 2023.

Frank Rios earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelors Science, Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida from 1994 to 1997. Frank then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, completing it from 2010 to 2012.
