Giuseppe Catone

Giuseppe Catone has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Opportunity to Cash Global Process Owner (OTC GPO) at ConvaTec since August 2009. In this role, Giuseppe is accountable for cash application and debt collection while leading the development and implementation of strategies to improve processes and enhance service quality for global customers. Previous positions at ConvaTec included Associate Director of Logistics and Global Customer Services and Associate Director of CISG Customer Services & Operations, where responsibilities included managing logistics projects, supporting SAP implementation, and establishing customer service infrastructures. Giuseppe's earlier experience includes roles at IVF HARTMANN AG as Sales Service Manager and at Tektronix as Order Management Manager, managing international teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Giuseppe holds a degree as a Staatlich anerkannter Internationaler Direktionsassistent from Akademie für Bürokommunikation und Welthandelssprachen, further complemented by foundational education at Friedrich Wöhler Gymnasium Singen.
