Hayley Brown

Hayley Brown is an accomplished professional with a strong background in laboratory services and research and development within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Team Lead for Laboratory Services, Stability Compliance at Convatec, Hayley oversees a team of analysts, coordinates lab activities, and engages with stakeholders across various departments. Previous roles at Convatec include Ostomy Senior Scientist and Ostomy R&D Scientist, where responsibilities encompassed managing laboratory projects and scientific research. Hayley also has experience in physical testing and product development. Prior to Convatec, Hayley held administrative positions in retail and gained experience in video production through a work placement. Academic qualifications include a Diploma of Higher Education in Science from The Open University and a BTEC Extended Diploma in Media Production from Deeside College.
