Hung-Hsiang Chen, IDSA, d.MBA, currently serves as the Global Head of User Insights, Design, & Engineering at Convatec, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive product development and innovation in compliance with medical device regulations. With extensive experience in design leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company, Novo Nordisk A/S, ASUS, and other firms, Hung-Hsiang has consistently elevated design from a tactical approach to a strategic function, overseeing significant project portfolios and fostering cross-functional collaboration. An educator and advisor in design, Hung-Hsiang's academic credentials include an MFA in Industrial Design and a d.MBA from prestigious institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University.
