John McAdam

John McAdam has over 25 years of experience in commercial and finance management. John currently serves as the Chairman at ConvaTec, a global medical products and technologies company. Prior to their current role, John was with DHL for 12 years, where they held various positions including Commercial Manager and Finance Manager. John was also with DATAFLEX DESIGN COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED for 6 years, where they served as Credit Controller - Finance Manager. Throughout their career, John has been responsible for the renewal of several key contracts worth circa £30m, the oversight of contract moves and conversions, and the implementation of ABC strategies to minimize risk.

John McAdam attended Birmingham University, where they studied Business Studies & Finance. John then went on to study at the Chartered Management Institute, where they achieved an MCMI.
