Jonathan Wood

Jonathan Wood is a Senior Total Reward Partner at Convatec, currently focusing on total rewards strategy and implementation. Jonathan works on obtaining the Regulated Financial Planning Diploma with the CII and previously graduated with first-class honors in Accounting and Finance from Robert Gordon University, where they gained invaluable experience during a placement at Subsea 7. Prior to their current role, Jonathan served as a Flexible Benefits Project Associate at Mattioli Woods, helping clients implement flexible benefit platforms to enhance employee engagement and retention.
