Justyna Drop

Justyna Drop has extensive experience in team management and leadership, with a focus on product labeling. They began their career at Randstad Polska, where they served as a Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Following this, Justyna held various roles at Coloplast from 2019 to 2021, ultimately becoming the Labelling Team Leader. Currently, they work as a Senior Manager – Product Labeling at Convatec since 2023. Justyna is also pursuing postgraduate studies in Quality Management at Poznan University of Technology and an English Philology degree at the University of Technology Koszalin.
