Matthew Gillham is currently the Head of Manufacturing Execution & Laboratory Information Application Operations at Convatec, a position held since 2025. Previously, from 2023 to 2025, Matthew served as the Manufacturing Business Process & Systems Manager and Business Process Expert at Eisai EMEA. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Matthew worked at Johnson Matthey as Manufacturing Process Manager for Battery Materials and held various roles including Technologist and New Product Introduction Coordinator. Matthew graduated with a BSc in Chemistry with Forensic Analysis from Loughborough University in 2006.
