Monica Hill, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the biomedical and medical device sectors, featuring roles in research and development, program management, and commercialization. Starting as a Verification and Validation Engineer at Philips Healthcare, Monica contributed to ensuring product specifications in PET/MR systems. Subsequent positions included Biomaterials R&D Engineer at Kensey Nash Corporation and R&D Engineer at Avery Dennison, where innovative product testing and development were emphasized.
