Olena Lyons

Olena Lyons is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing for Convatec in Australia and New Zealand, Olena leads a team focused on Product Management and Professional Education in key therapeutic areas. Previously, at Cochlear, Olena held multiple roles including Director of Professional Engagement and Director of Professional Marketing and Communications, where responsibilities included enhancing professional engagement globally and developing strategies that support new product projects. Additional experience includes key marketing roles at Roche and Eli Lilly, where Olena managed brand strategies and launched significant products. Olena holds an MBA and various business administration qualifications from the Australian Institute of Management, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Western Sydney University.
