Richard H.

Richard H. has over 25 years of experience in finance and ERP system management, currently serving as the ERP Programme Manager and Head of Financial Systems at Convatec since January 2019. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Shire, where Richard led critical ERP integrations during the $32 billion acquisition of Baxalta, managed the SAP EU rollout across multiple countries, and developed innovative finance systems to enhance reporting accuracy. Additional roles at Mars included leadership in European buying support and market planning, alongside consulting positions in SAP at Logica. Richard began a career in engineering with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
