Rou Jun

Rou Jun, Tan currently serves as the Lead Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Convatec since May 2022, previously holding roles such as Senior Global Brand Manager and Scrum Master. Prior experience includes a tenure at Hill's Pet Nutrition as Senior Brand Manager for the Advanced Nutrition Wellness Category, where responsibilities included strategizing for in-market excellence and leading brand management efforts. Earlier career highlights consist of various marketing management roles at RB, including Nordic Brand & Trade Marketing Manager, where comprehensive brand strategy and execution across multiple markets were key responsibilities. Rou Jun has also worked in marketing assistance and consultancy roles at several companies, showcasing extensive experience in brand ownership, strategy formulation, and stakeholder collaboration, complemented by formal education in Brands and Communications Management from Copenhagen Business School.
