Sean McGrath

Sean McGrath currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nuritas since October 2022 and has held the position of Executive Vice President Global Human Resources at ConvaTec since December 2017. Prior experience includes Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Bank Group from January 2012 to February 2018, and National Director at the Health Service Executive from January 2008 to March 2012. Sean McGrath also worked as HR Director at Danske Bank from January 2005 to February 2008, HR Manager at EBS Limited from 2002 to 2005, and served as a Captain in the Irish Defense Forces from 1988 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Human Resources in Retail Banking from Durham University, an LLB in Law from the University of Galway, a Master's in Business with a focus on HRM from Dublin City University, and a BA from the University of Galway.
