Sieglinde Chalon's is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Process Engineering Manager and Injection Molding Production Manager at Convatec since December 2016, Sieglinde is responsible for overseeing the production of injection molding parts and coordinating machine and set-up planning. Previous experience includes roles as Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager at Convatec, where project management was key during the shutdown of the Reynosa MX plant. Additional expertise was gained at Perlos as Project Engineer and Process Quality Engineer, as well as at Velvac and Motores Hermeticos del Sur in manufacturing engineering and lean manufacturing roles. Sieglinde holds an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Reynosa.
