Stephanie Volk

Stephanie Volk is a Senior Corporate Sterilization and Biocompatibility Specialist at ConvaTec since December 2018, serving as the subject matter expert for sterilization and biocompatibility while providing global technical support across all franchises. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at K2M from July 2005 to November 2018 in various engineering positions, culminating in the role of Senior Project Engineer, where responsibilities included creating SOPs for compliance with key standards, leading process validations, and managing sterilization and packaging for new product launches. Notable projects included the implementation of ROBAR at suppliers and the development of risk analysis matrices for cleaning processes. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and completed secondary education at The Madeira School.
