Stephen Howe

Stephen Howe is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial leadership roles. Currently serving as VP of Financial Planning, Performance, and Delivery at Convatec since December 2022, Stephen previously held various positions at Tate & Lyle from August 2016 to July 2018, including Finance Director for Global Functions and Group FP&A, VP Finance for M&A, and Global Head of FP&A for SFI. Prior experience at Diageo included roles such as Investor Relations Director and Head of Decision Support, where Stephen contributed to corporate finance strategy and operational enhancements.
