Bill Erickson

Bill Erickson is the Co-Founder and Principal of True USA LLC, a Western Regional multifamily developer. They serve as President of Viking Capital LLC and as Chair of the Board of Directors at Convene. They are a Partner at The Barnabas Group - Orange County and a Registered Representative of Emerson Equity LLC (FINRA and SIPC). They mentor MBA students at Biola University - Crowell School of Business and previously held roles including President and Co-Founder of Craig Capital Corporation (2001–2005) and Chief Investment Officer of 1031 CrowdFunding, LLC (2015–2019); they earned a BS from Bowling Green State University (1973–1976) and attended Rochester Institute of Technology (1972–1973).
