Clare Debney

Clare Debney is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in interior design and leadership roles. Currently serving as Design Director at Convene since April 2025, Clare previously held the position of Associate Director at tp bennett from May 2022 to May 2025. Prior to that, Clare worked at Woods Bagot in various capacities, including Associate, Senior Interior Designer, and Interior Designer from February 2015 to May 2022. Beginning in the field as an Interior Designer at ML Design in 2014 and as a Student Interior Designer at HASSELL from November 2011 to October 2013, Clare has built a robust portfolio. Educationally, Clare holds a Bachelor of Design in Interior Design and Architecture from the Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2013, and attended Brisbane Girls Grammar School.
