Elyse Johnson

Elyse Johnson is an experienced event management professional with a diverse background in coordinating and executing various events. Currently serving as Event Production Manager at Convene since April 2024, Elyse has previously held positions including Meeting/Special Events Associate at Discover Financial Services and Event Coordinator at Visit.org. With a strong foundation in event logistics, Elyse has worked as a Conference Planner at Evanta, a Gartner Company, and as Event Manager at Trail Drive Management Corp., where responsibilities included preparing event reports, coordinating VIP parties, and maintaining client relations. Initial experiences include an Event Services Internship at Comcast Spectacor, where Elyse collaborated on large-scale events and managed VIP parties, alongside volunteer coordination roles at Bloomington Creative Glass Center and the Jill Behram 5K Color Run. Elyse holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management, and a minor in Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by additional studies at Griffith University.
