Jocelyn Stratter

Jocelyn Stratter, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of Talent Strategy at Convene, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jocelyn was the Vice President of Talent Management & Acquisition at Curaleaf, where responsibilities included driving talent initiatives for a leading U.S. cannabis operator. With extensive experience at URBN, Jocelyn has held several key positions, such as Director of Field Talent and Executive Director of Talent and Leadership Development, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational strategies. Earlier career roles included training management and consulting at BearingPoint. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management and has further education from Temple University.
