Johnny Castillo

Johnny Castillo, CTS, MBA, currently serves as the AV Production Manager and AV Operations Manager at Convene since July 2021, overseeing on-site audio visual operations. With extensive experience as a freelance audiovisual technician from August 2007 to December 2023, Johnny has catered to corporate and live events. Previously, roles at Carlson Audio Visual, LLC as Audio Visual Operations Manager and Lead Audiovisual Technician facilitated large-scale productions and small breakouts from January 2015 to July 2021. Additional experience includes providing audio engineering services at Lehman Center for the Performing Arts and managing AV operations at The Ritz-Carlton Battery Park. Johnny's education includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Mercy University and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Industry and Technology.
