David Balfour possesses extensive experience in public service and project management. Balfour held the position of Director of Special Projects at Conventures, Inc. since January 2006. Prior to this role, Balfour served as Commissioner of the Metropolitan District Commission and Superintendent of the Bureau of State Office Buildings for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 1991 to 2003. Additionally, Balfour was an appointee in the US government under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush from 1981 to 1991.
