Conventus Consultants operates at the intersection of hospitality, real estate and strategy, with a clear focus on the meetings economy as a value driver for hotels, venues and destinations.

We support hotel groups, investors, large venues and destinations in understanding, positioning and activating MICE as an asset class. Our work goes beyond traditional sales optimisation. We translate market dynamics into strategic choices around business mix, positioning, space utilisation and commercial architecture.

Through the Conventus MICE Strategy Model, we connect market intelligence, asset strategy and commercial execution. This enables organisations to move from reactive booking behaviour to a structured, demand-driven approach with clear performance logic.

Our services include market and demand intelligence, MICE positioning and concept development, commercial strategy design and the activation of teams through training, workshops and interim leadership.

We believe that meetings, conferences and events are not just demand segments, but strategic assets that, when properly understood and managed, significantly enhance the performance and value of hospitality real estate.
