Mark Hoffman is an accomplished mortgage leader with extensive experience in capital markets, lending strategy, and transaction management. They served as Vice President of Lending Strategy, Products, and Sales at First Republic Bank from 2020 to 2023, where they headed multiple core teams and transformed secondary market transactions. Currently, Mark is the VP and Head of Capital Markets at Conventus, leveraging their expertise to drive strategic initiatives. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed the Leadership Development Program at Wharton Executive Education.
