Jennifer Jaffe is currently the Chief Product Officer at Convercent. Jennifer has held this position since June of 2019. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Products and Strategy at Jama Software from June 2013 to June 2019.Jennifer has over two decades of experience in deploying deep cross-functional, cross-cultural understanding to capitalize technical innovation and solve user challenges. Jennifer is a strong leader with a proven track record in developing strategies that achieve corporate growth objectives. Jennifer is passionate about making compliance the natural by-product of a high-integrity, human-centric, data-dominant culture. Under their leadership, the product team at Convercent has been able to create safe, accessible spaces for victims and witnesses to speak out against injustice, abuse and corruption in their workplace, and the world.

Jennifer Jaffe has a BA in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley and is certified from the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) as a Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance.
