John S. is currently the Head of Claims at Converge and has extensive experience in managing cyber and technology claims. Previously, they served as Vice President and Cyber Claims Expert at Swiss Re from 2019 to 2022, and held various roles at AXIS Capital, including Assistant Vice President and AVP - Manager of Cyber, Tech & E&O Claims. John began their career as Claims Counsel at Media Professional Insurance from 2004 to 2009. They earned a BS in Political Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law.
