Find Your Convergence Point. Build Capability That Lasts.

Converge Consulting Group helps organizations achieve sustainable transformation through science-backed organizational development consulting.

We specialize in three core areas:

- Change Management: Navigate high-stakes transformation with evidence-based strategies
- Leadership Coaching: Develop independent leaders, not consultant dependency
- Learning & Development Infrastructure: Build complete L&D systems your organization owns and operates

What Sets Us Apart

Unlike traditional consulting firms that create long-term dependency, we're committed to building your internal capability and then getting out of the way. Our approach is rooted in systems thinking, adult learning theory, and evidence-based practice—not consulting trends.

Founder Krystina Jackson brings 15+ years of organizational development experience at Fortune 50 companies, combined with a unique scientific background that informs everything we do. Like a chemical reaction, we identify the precise conditions needed for transformation—then create them.

Our Philosophy

We measure success by what happens after we leave. Did your leaders continue growing? Did your culture transformation stick? Can your team navigate the next change independently? That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and serving clients nationwide, we partner with Fortune 500 companies, public sector agencies, healthcare institutions, educational organizations, and mission-driven nonprofits ready to build capability that lasts.
