Kat Karimi

Kat Karimi is the Director of Operations at Convergence Group. Kat has also served as the Lead LA Fellow at Coro Southern California, the Co-Founder and Executive Director at Civic Innovation Lab, and the Innovation Strategist at Luminary Labs. Kat has also worked as a Program Manager at Astia and as a Senior Associate at Triage Consulting Group.

Kat Karimi started their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Kat then went on to obtain an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise from Columbia Business School.

They work with Matthew Vecchio - Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Kai Mcdonald - Data Architecture & Analytics Lead, and Kelly Chu - Technology & Solutions Architect. Kat Karimi reports to Alice Jacobs, Chief Executive Officer.
