Daniel Abramenko has over a decade of experience in the IT and managed services sectors. Currently, Daniel serves as the Manager of Managed Services for Eastern North America at Convergence Networks since June 2014, where previous roles included Team Leader. Daniel's extensive background includes positions at Grade A, where responsibilities ranged from Team Leader to Service Desk Manager and Helpdesk Support Technician, offering managed IT solutions to local businesses. Prior to that, Daniel worked as an IT consultant at Teknowledge Solutions, supporting small businesses in Ottawa, and held roles at JACC POS Corporation, Momentous.ca, Digital Lifeline Inc., and Best Buy, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and technical support. Daniel's education was completed at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2000 to 2002.
