Eileen Cleary

Eileen Cleary is the President of Talent Management at Convergence. Eileen has over two decades of experience in Human Resources, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Atlas Data, an IT consulting firm. Eileen has a proven track record in building and leading successful organizations. Eileen has also served as the V.P. of Human Resources for J. & W. Seligman & Co. Incorporated and UJB Financial. In their most recent position at Macy's, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company. Eileen is a highly respected leader in the field of Human Resources and is known for their dedication to their work and their employees.

Eileen Cleary has a PhD in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, a Master of Arts in Business from Fielding Graduate University, an MBA from Rutgers University - Newark, and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Eileen also has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Scranton and is certified as an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
