Pamela B. is a seasoned fractional CFO and COO with a robust background in financial strategy and operational efficiency. They have held key positions at J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, and KPMG, and served as Chief of Party for both CARE and Washington Business Dynamics. Pamela has extensive international experience, working with organizations such as USAID and Global Communities, and is currently a consultant while contributing as a board member for NOVA Africa Ventures and Conversa Corps. They hold a B.Sc. in Commerce from DePaul University and have completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Programme.
