Founded in 2024 as a UK Limited Liability Partnership, ConverSafe has a team of Associates to deliver services across central Europe.

SELFTY is a paradigm shift. We perceive the world in a different way and reduce human errors with game-changing and life-changing results. We do not restrict that paradigm to the workplace but apply it 24/7. This increases performance in all our activities, at home, on the road and during work – to an unexpected extent.

SELFTY gives the individual the agency to protect themselves and others around them. And the game changing character is reinforced by the fact that it is SELF-organised and SELF-motivated, in contrast to the enforced top-down approach of contemporary management systems.

Our approach takes account of how adults learn and contribute to their own development. The ConverSafe Program guides participants through the sharing and analysis of personal experiences and enables the building of individual safety/selfty competencies to considerably improve the outcomes of human behaviour.

Key elements of our approach are conversation and storytelling, transferring and transforming knowledge into the individual long-term memories, a strong emotional journey that renounces the slideshows, formalism, certification aspects and paperwork.

SELFTY is not replacing the contemporary safety approach, but it is complementary and providing an exit to the usual dead end; applying more of the same in order to cope with the increasing challenges in a VUCA world (lack of qualified personnel, increasing performance pressure on individuals, increasing absenteeism and reduced availability due to declared mental or physical illness). 

No workbooks, no PowerPoint, just talking safety; developing transferable habits into everyday activities in the workplace, while driving or at home.
