Mike Webb

Chief Financial Officer, Mike Webb, enjoys serving fast-growing, scaling, and mission-based companies. He enjoys aligning with the mission of the company while bringing order and structure to the fast-paced growth chaos. Most recently in industry, Mike was the CEO/CFO of an MSP where he led the organization through a successful exit.

After starting his career with Ernst & Young, LLP, Mike was introduced to high-growth and startup companies. Mike has invested the past 20+ years serving those style of companies in the IT, healthcare, professional services and governmental contracting industries. He believes the key to success in most companies and definitely in a professional services firm like Conversant Group, is the team. You will often see Mike investing time and energy in the organizational health of the company outside of the traditional CFO role.

Mike graduated in 1992 from Harding University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business – Accounting and received his CPA license in the state of Tennessee. Throughout his career, Mike is very grateful for the opportunities to work with amazing teams. His greatest successes are serving companies that achieve their goals and seeing leaders grow from his coaching.
